I had my wedding 12 years ago and their was no pinterest around back then to help with wedding decorations so we winged it big time. If I could go back in time the decorations is probably one of the things I'd change. So when I had the opportunity to do a styled bridal shoot where I could pick the dress and table settings, I was all over that! I had so much fun setting this shoot up like a real wedding. We made the bouquets and thrifted the gold bordered plates. It was so beautiful.
Read MoreOk, first of all when I drove up to the ceremony location, my jaw dropped. This little white church in the middle of the country was all sorts of perfect! This little town called Nicassio was up by Point Reyes. When I say little, I mean you can see everything it has in one spot, a church, restaurant, post office & baseball field. It was straight out of a movie, in fact someone even said Tom hanks walked across the baseball field in one of his movies and you can see the church in the background.

Read MoreThis lovely couple booked me for a wedding & engagement a couple months ago and I was so excited to meet them! We planned it for a location in Vacaville, Ca but as we started driving over there a huge rain cloud covered a lot of the sky and made it pretty dark and gloomy. So at the last minute I decided to change it over to Rockville park in Fairfield where it was still bright and sunny and wow was I glad I did! Sometimes I forget just how amazing these trees are!! When we first met Alyssa & Jeff we instantly clicked and they were so fun to work with. They weren't afraid to try different poses and they made for some great pictures! You can just see the love they have for each other in every single picture. I can't wait to photograph their upcoming wedding! It will truly be magical!!

We arrived to Jess Jones Vineyard in Dixon with the sun shining and everyone excited to start the day! Everything went as planned and we were able to capture some amazing photos! I must say the reception was so much fun as everyone enjoyed the dance floor including the bride and groom's mothers. Their dance moves were definitely on and made for an enjoyable time while everyone danced the night away!
Read MoreWhat a beautiful, sunny day in Lincoln, California. Walking into Orchard Creek Lodge was amazing and then as you go through the backdoors and see the huge waterfall it is literally breathtaking! I immediately was like, LET'S GET A PICTURE THERE!!
The whole day was planned well and everyone was relaxed as we went throughout the day. We had enough time to have fun while taking some great photos. The bride was gorgeous in her mermaid style dress and the wedding colors were a beautiful royal blue. The bride chose to do a First Look with her dad and WOW was it an unforgettable moment that had us all in tears! The ceremony over-looked a pond and golf course with beautiful greenery everywhere.
The grand entrance at the reception included an original shadow entrance for the bride and groom which got a great crowd reaction. We ended the night with sparklers which made for such an amazing exit picture! I'd say overall this was a fabulous wedding!!
Read MoreThis last Saturday I got to shoot Rachelle & Kevin's Wedding and it was so much fun. First of all the location was such a dream with all the windows and natural light flowing in. Then the outside surrounded by water and sail boats and beautiful scenery. The Lighthouse at Glen Cove in Vallejo is an amazing venue. The whole day was filled with laughter and fun so taking pictures was easy! And of course the bride looked gorgeous in her wedding dress and it made for beautiful photos. Hope you enjoy :)
